100 WALL BALLS
100 BF SIT UPS
THEN
400 M RUN
ONE TEAM MEMBER WILL BEGIN WALLBALLS AND THE SECOND ONE WILL BEGIN
BF SIT UPS, BOTH MEMBERS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE 100 REPS OF EACH. THEN EACH TEAM MEMBER WILL HAVE A 400M RUN TO COMPLETE THE WOD.
